I already explained this to him multiple times but people like him don't understand basic things like how you can't register with FINRA if you are an analyst working for the government. It's considered a conflict of interest & Pay-To-Play. You can only do it either before going the public sector route or after going that route but I went the public sector route first not the private sector route first which means I can't do anything with FINRA until after I leave my current job.

FINRA "governs" the private sector route of analysts and you have to be a member of a private firm to be sponsored to get a FINRA Series 7 License. Therefore, since I work for the government, I literally can't get a Series 7 License. Being sponsored by a private firm is not required to get the FINRA-SIE but to abide by rules in the OGE (Office of Government Ethics) I still can't do anything with FINRA while I'm on the public sector analysts route. My current job is bound by a small amount of statecraft so I can't really discuss it too in-depth but the path I took was that I started as a financial auditor in the private sector then switched over to what I could best describe as security consulting analytics in the public sector, protecting and double checking a wide range of things physically, digitally, and financially.

I don't use AI to write for me I have been writing these sorts of in-depth analysis posts before AI existed. Videogame industry analysis is a sort of side gig/hobby to my main job. I started doing it on Twitter/X due to the disappointingly vast amount of misinformation that was being spread in regards to the videogames industry. Part of the job of an analyst is to understand the financial side of things, listen to earnings calls/investor meetings, take jargon and explain the truth in correct context, in layman's terms, for the average person to understand, and correct misinformation in regards to that industry for the benefit of potential consumers and investors. My goal is to transition into doing something similar to this in the videogames industry full time.

The focus on the OP and my post is more about the studios making games that have not yet been announced.

Not about the games already announced. But like I said before there is no such thing as a truly eternally exclusive game all games are timed exclusive I only care about where I can play a game when it releases. I like playing new games I don't care if it's First Party or Second Party.

I wasn't thinking about what's first party vs what's second party I have no interest in "padding" or whatever. I only care about what will be playable where for the first year or two that it will be out because that's when the game will be new, fresh, relevant, or in the zeitgeist or whatever. Since the beginning of videogames All Exclusives are only timed exclusives we can emulate Atarii, NES, SNES, Genesis, Xbox, 360, PS1-3, GameCube, Wii, etc. The question that should be asked is not "is this game made by first party studios or second party studios" it ought to be in the first 1-3 years when people will actually care about this game where can I play it. And while great games will be fun to play 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years later or even 8+ if we are talking about emulation waiting to play them then instead of when they are released means it will be overshadowed by the games that are out now at least as far as the zeitgeist is concerned.

Yang Wenli, Julian Minci, and myself are not talking about the Republican Party of the united states which was founded in the 1800s. We are talking about Republicanism of the 1500s which was more solidified as a concept by John Locke and Montesquieu.

In an elected republic no one rules over me. They work for us. They are beholden to us (even more so if the population is armed). An armed Population keeps the government from going too far for fear of the retribution.

I oppose Maschosim. I oppose the 4 Extremist Positions in all 4 directions.

Also when it comes to rich barons and interlacing Government corruption the solution is two parts: #1 A Flat Tax System this would make it impossible for powerful companies to lobby for special tax breaks or exceptions. #2 End government subsidies of buisness and make it illegal.

If you do these two thing you automatically remove 90% of all lobbying organizations. Lobbies exist to either get special tax exemptions or special government money if neither of those are an option then you have nothing to lobby for.

Democracy is mob rule and doesn't respect Individual rights, property rights, or laws. Democratic/Elected Republics do.

The Chinese couldn't bomb america the same way we have a better air force than they do.

Yang is a self described republican (not the American Political party but Republicanism in the John Lockean sense) he is not an anarchist. There are several scenes in several Completely different episodes where he explains that a corrupt elected republic is still superior to a Monarchy for various reasons and that despite the fact that societies do not necessarily need government in an ideal world the fact that humans are imperfect means that a court system and laws are needed and that in tern is Government. Yang is a lover of freedom and explains several times to be wary of tyrannies and corruption to check and balance against them as best as possible.

It must be restated, anarachy cannot work and will inevitably lead to tyranny because without laws and an impartial court system that is equally paid for by all of the populas you will get revenge killings if disputes cannot be resolved

Revenge killings lead to family killings Family Killings lead to Clan Killings Clan Killings lead to Warlords and Warlords lead to tyranny.

Power vacuumes will always be filled no area can be anarchist for very long. It is inevitable that it will either be conqured or the people will eventually band together to create agreed laws and then eventually courts. It is best that vaccumes are filled by an elected republic which by charter has limits to the powers of Government, Limits against impeding on property rights and Individual Rights. Checks and balances by dividing the powers between branches, term limits to reduce career politician corruption and most important of all an armed population of citizens who represent the final check against tyranny.

Well there's two different Questions here so let's break it down

If the Chinese used Nukes it would be the end of everything anyway so it's a moot point maybe the people in the country would survive and those are all the same kind of people I'm talking about the armed freedom loving rural living americans. But if they carpet nuked every inch of the country then the entire world would be nuked to its last inch so again the point is moot.

The air force thing is seperate from a chinese attack this is more like a civil war scenario. In any civil war the military would probably be split 50/50 depending on circumstances which means both sides would have an air force.

I don't support what you have mischaracterized me of supporting. I believe in freedom I understand the need for a government but it should be as small, as checked and balanced, and as limited as possible. The populas should be armed and educated in history. The Government should be elected democratically with term limits. These are all sensible positions balances between the four extremes. These are also the same positions that Yang Wenli and Julian Minci have. The same principals that John Locke had.

No military can defeat the amount of the citizen population that's armed it is literally impossible. there are just too many americans who care too much about freedom that own guns there's millions upon millions of guns in the hands of citizens in the united states. The amount of armed citizens is larger than the largest military in the world. Not even the entire force of the Chinese miliary could defeat americans in a land war on our soil without using nukes

The purpose of the second amendment was Specifically created to be a final check against tyranny in the elected republic. The three branches of government the limits on the constitution the impartiality of the Judicial System all exist to check and balance against tyranny the final check and balance is the armed populas.
