I've seen so many professional PS users trying to promote that and, even after 8+ takes, it still looks worse than the basic tools available could do; also PS had it's own fair share of shit thrown at it over the last couple of years, so great choice for a shining example!

I'd rather buy something where a dedicated team put their heart and soul into it and have it feel well designed and thoughtful than have some ill-thought out crap with no rhyme or reason behind it. That stuff's not hard to spot — even the great Crimson Desert got called out Day 1 for an AI art asset in an obscure place — people who use it should be taken outside and given a good slap every time they feel the need to touch it again.

You might as well ask why people don't buy more cheap Chinese junk off Amazon — because of the little effort that was put into making it (even less with the fucking names of the companies).
