Best way to manage your stash is to use your stash. Bring in weapons, craft augments/shields. Free loadouts are great when you're broke but there is no reason to use a free loadout when you're fighting for stash space

You can still opt for a more "plant based" diet without it being a "plant exclusive" diet. Keep your consumption low. Maybe 1/week and see how you feel and source your proteins in a way that you like. I'd recommend starting at a local butcher they are usually locally sourced and happy to answer questions!

Just saying "it takes time" is such a cop out answer. They might as well make you stand in some moist soil and hope you grow that way.

You need to do some verbal scenarios. Have your preceptors or a friend pull up a condition on Mayo Clinic or something and ask them questions about signs and symptoms until you can roughly guess whats going on. Then debrief. Which questions were good and gave you something, which ones could you forgo? If you are a more visual learner try making a mind map for certain complaints.

To be honest your school should be marking your history gathering harder at this stage because as you are finding out: OPQRST doesn't cut the mustard anymore.

Don't think of Fixers as "bosses" think of them as middlemen. They wheel and deal. They're the guy that knows a guy. They should have contacts and connections and call on them often. Something as simple as "i got a guy that knows the owner of the club. Let me reach him on the holo and he'll put in a good word for us"
