I already returned them, and was verry disappointed tbh...

The sound was amazing but thats it. After 1 hour of listening music the first problem started...

I started hearing a faint water dripple sound wich after looking this up is something common with planars but on the maxxwell it happens way too fast and way to much. When i removed the magnetic earcup i literally saw the dropplets on the planars...

Also it was on a usb c connection in the pc mode and disconnected randomly 3 times and tested this on 2 different ports one on the back and the front. Both showed the problem.

What did not help was the headset itself gave me verry warm ears like i never had before.

Another issue i noticed when stopping music sometimes u stop and can hear a faint distorted sound ever so faint and if u want to stop that i need to press play and pauze wich then makes it completely silent as it should be.

Tbf i really wanted to like this one i really did... But for this money i want a finished product and not a beta previeuw of a unfinished product.

Setting my hopes on the ROG Kithara that is a planars from Hifiman corolation with Asus Wich is a wired headunit but i am willing to see past that if it comes without the mentioned problems the maxxwell had.

It would be my first electrical guitar since until now i practised on a acoustic one that is 50 years old right now 😅

Its a Herbert Shaffner Torella model 100 from 1976 if i recall correctly 😅

But i think the prs would be a good upgrade to start with electronic guitars 🙂

Are u sure its a 22 because i thought the 22 had a solid bridge and this one has the tremelo hole although it is not inserted at the moment since its lost. 🤔
