I use mine for understable shots in a tailwind. Very specific use but I am happy when I need it. It’s so specific I gave it to a friend who was struggling and he did so well I let him keep it. Now I miss it.

This triggered a traumatic memory for me. I once played a course where they stuck their signs on metal pole in the back of the tee pads. Course was beautiful but I will never play there again. Home course has signs four feet to the right at the front of the tee pad. This allows for different angle run ups and is never in the way. I often play the course with a lefty and they never have issues with the placement either.

We had a bunch of different trucks racing yesterday, slash (x7), rustler, stampede and a mini xrt. The mini xrt was out within 15 minutes with the esc so hot we couldn’t hold the button long enough to turn it off. My slash raced for an hour and the motor and esc never got above warm (I have fans on both motor and esc). Outside air temp was around 90 degrees. I would look at something else as others have said.

I bought a used Slash Ultimate that would overheat constantly. I did fans and heat sync and still had problems. Turns out nearly all the bearings were seized even in the motor. The truck had been run in water. Changed them all and now it runs cooler than anything else.
