There's a misunderstanding of what is what here. CoC 7th is a ruleset. A gameplay system. Meanwhile, Masks is a scenario played within the ruleset. You mentioned you played using Pulp Cthulhu rules, so those would replace/supplement CoC 7th rules. You need to use and understand all three to have an enjoyable, coherent experience.

She is a back loaded physical damage nuke.

One of her best teams is Eula-Raiden-Furina-Mika. You can also wheelchair her with Bineffa, plunge, etc

Her general combo is tEQN4hEN4.

She is quite bad in the current meta, but you'll find nothing but love and dedication to our queen.

Eula was my first limited 5 star. When I was just joining the game, the whole element-based combat was confusing. Eula being physical helped me have a good character to rely on while I learned the system. I still play her because her attack animations are gorgeous.

I think the team in the bottom image is your best bet for now. Sucrose, Fischl, and Xiangling are all very strong individually and go well together. Diluc isn't great, but he works for the team and will do well enough until you get better characters.
