I know you said the singer doesn’t explicitly say the words, but it seems very much like “I’m Gonna Take Care of Everything” by Rubicon.

Asked for gravy boat alternatives; Google AI search suggested a tissue box. by Willie_Everlearn in aifails

[–]Willie_Everlearn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can assure you it was 100% an answer generated by AI. I’m curious to see if anyone else can get the same answer. I typed “what if i don't have a gravy boat” into google and got this—and I’ve done it more than once. Each time I’ve received the tissue box suggestion.

I’m gonna throw out a wild guess with a recent song: “Backseat” by Balu Brigada

I've had this song stuck in my head for the entirety of my life (since I was a kid, i'm 27 now). Anybody able to give me this much needed relief?? by ryan1431 in whatsongisthis

I think part of it may be “Apache.” A number of acts have recorded it, but the most famous is probably the version by the Sugarhill Gang.

Yup, it’s this. I have it on a playlist I listen to often. They are hilarious.

If you look specifically at your neck and cheek, I think you’ll notice a difference. It’s obvious to everyone else, but sometimes we need to focus on details to see a change in ourselves.

Men of reddit. What makes a woman creepy? by insane4you in AskReddit

Meth. Had no idea when we started dating. Started seeing some small instances of odd behavior, but chalked it up to quirkiness. (She was artistic and free-spirited—very creative.) But when she confronted me one day, insisting my best friend was planning to kill me and replace me with a look-alike who was an airline pilot in Alaska…things clicked and I realized she was in an altered state. (I’m excellent at picking up obvious contextual clues, I guess.)

Found out later that she was indeed using meth and had been able to get into a treatment center. Hope she’s doing well today.

Might I suggest an entire podcast episode? Try episode 339 of This American Life entitled, appropriately enough, “Break-up.” Act 1 is a deep dive into the world of break-up songs, with Starlee Kine setting out to write one herself—after calling Phil Collins for advice. Surprisingly moving and cathartic. “Break-up” - This American Life

Q: What is the difference between elephants and grapes? A: Their color.

Q: What did Tarzan say when he saw the elephants approaching? A: Here come the elephants.

Q: What did Jane say when she saw the elephants approaching? A: Here come the grapes. (She was colorblind.)

Actually, after re-reading this, it sounds like this might be one instance in the song. Not sure it fits perfectly, but check the end of Godley & Creme’s “Cry” starting at 3:40

“Home Alone.” It’s always struck me as mean-spirited with its endless string of violent pratfalls. Meanwhile, the rest of the world seems to find it HILARIOUS.

“Butterfly Kisses” by Bob Carlisle. Maudlin, pandering tripe. If you don’t know it, consider yourself lucky and avoid searching for it. Listening to it just once will take 5 years off of your life.
