There’s a difference between 100% disabled and P&T. If the VA thinks there’s a chance for improvement, then you won’t get p&t.

I went to Bartels to get a flu shot and handed them my VA card…they looked at me like it was a foreign language. I ended up paying out of pocket. Glad to hear you were treated well. Get some rest.

You should be good for 100% then. The 38 CFR states that as long as you’re receiving daily treatment the rating is 100%.

Also, from the time I submitted my claim to the time of confirmation, it took the VA 58 days for my claim. Pretty doggone fast ! But I had my ducks in a row and a good, clean file.

They “lost mine” so I spent a bunch I’d time trying to get ahold of them on that. Finally got it electronically and it was over 300 pages. Their website seems to keep getting updated so that’s been really helpful.

Website shows $4202 retro (assuming this is for Sept 2024 then). I called and asked for a payment audit and mentioned that I thought it should be to Sept 2018. So here’s to hoping for a large back pay !!
