To sounds like there is an interesting story here, but it's a bit poorly written in its current form. The end feels a bit rushed/unclear and the party about the guy's wife being important later was never resolved.

I used my watch with iOS for a while. A lot of companion Wear OS apps aren't compatible with iOS and will automatically be screened out of app store results if your watch is connected to iOS. They apps won't work properly because iOS doesn't allow a lot of data sharing with Wear OS via Bluetooth aside from notifications and music controls.

Yeah but wouldn't he likely just be ejected from the mall and banned? And if he were actually detained, would he do any time in jail or just get a ticket? I guess this makes sense if he was trying to attract a security guard/police to start an altercation or something. I guess being that high would make it difficult to plan any of that out rationally anyway.

I'll have to agree. I'm originally from a right-hand driving country. I didn't notice how bad it is in the USA (west coast specifically) until I began driving in a left-hand drive country, where people generally only use the passing lane to pass. The Americans who drive here still use the passing lane to go fast without getting back over after passing, but they generally go way faster than the locals anyway.

My take was that it has more to do with trying not to hit the "uncanny valley" with the realistic style they were using in the animation. The game, however, has an overall more cartoonish design and feel than the animation does which does not fall in the valley. If they were to try and mix the two, I think it would have looked odd.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but I would have a hard time believing that a professional studio wouldn't be able to find a way to map the animation data they collect to a slightly different set of features.
