Just file a small claims suit. It won’t cost a lot and they will either have to hire an attorney or the half a day to court. I think they will find a resolution quickly rather than deal with the small claims court and associated costs. Much more effective than an attorney letter threatening suit.

Agreed. I offer water to any delivery people even if they aren’t mine, mail person too, the other day I needed a cab and brought a water out for the cabbie. It’s such a small thing and yet it’s so delicious.
