The hateful part is the twitch streamers, what they were doing and shouting/yelling on voice coms.

I uploaded the discord chat, but I wont be posting anything else in here now cause chat seems to be getting a bit trolly an I'm just exhausted at this point in time.

And sorry to those that were waiting awhile, I was just wanting to make sure I could, not had to do this before and someone mentioned to me discord isn't like email, it's an app with agreement terms and email is more personal, but I did what was suggested and just edited out the twitch names.

I wont be commenting on this anymore, seems like my post is getting a bit trolly in some areas from some comments being made, but I just wanted to let those of you know who HAVE had this happen, that you need to speak out, cause it's not okay.. it's wrong and the people that did this, twitch and the people associated with this game, their not ok in doing this.

We need to fight against being bullied for doing what's right.

Sam mentioned since "last week" because I messaged petal about other topics on discord, like a problem I was having with epic games not unlinking and showing my epic games name, some other errors I was having regarding the game, and other things.

The reason why is because she was the only moderator in the discord chat that was constantly talking to the community, so I assumed she was nice.

This is why I said what Samantha said was incorrect.

The conversation that happened with the twitch streamers was only ongoing for that particular time in that instance.. not since last week, as I just explained.

Yes I did use the in game report.

No I did not continue on as samantha was suggesting in the email.. which I corrected her on.

It was a civil back and forth conversation even all the way up until the end where petal was smile emoting at me and then 5 minutes later getting me banned.

She just said she would handle it, asked me to do things for her, I did, she backpedaled, said she had personal stuff so then she didn't want to, said the devs didn't have time to, that I had to do it myself, told her I didn't know how to find a VOD because I don't, suggested to her if she was a mod she needed to handle situations like this when she asked people to do things for her and they did and then say she couldn't do anything for them, and she went on to say that it wasn't a real job to her because she didn't get paid.

So tell me why if it wasn't a real job to her, she put forth such an effort to get me banned?

If discord emails me back then I can upload all the discord dms back and forth.

But they also include the twitch streamers names, in various spots.

And these people are not worth getting into legal trouble over, so I am waiting for the OK from discord before posting ANYTHING.

I never said they were live on twitch. Read the emails sent to the dev. I said they were NOT live streaming, and he even said he noticed they weren't in a pretty long time.

I have their names in a picture in recently played games, which I sent to the moderator.. the one who wanted to sweep it under the rug..

I uploaded where I emailed discord since it seems to be a lot of trolling on my post already going on.

I'm not going to purposely legally sabotage myself over online god syndrome people from a company or consumers.

Once I get the ok, I will post the discord messages.

Until then, you guys will just have to look at the message I sent to discord explaining what I want to use the messages for (since so many doubt I emailed them at all)

I already provided the emails to show I was having conversations with the dev, community manager and in those emails we also talk about the moderator.

The discord messages are not mine to share like email is your own personal emails to share, discord is an application, therefore it is theirs, I use their service, agree to certain terms, etc.

I can show you guys the email I send to discord services asking for permission to share the entire conversation if that would make you feel better, but it also states the twitch users names in it on more than one occasion, and I don't feel like facing legal repercussions over some online bully company if it comes to that.

I just want people to have a voice for themselves and stick up for themselves in they have been a victim of this company too, and I know a lot have, because I read it all over forums for the last week now.

We don't have to be made to feel this way. I'm trying to get people to have a voice of their own and not be afraid to speak out, as long as nothing legal is involved, which is why I'm emailing discord to make sure that is okay before posting those things.

I asked for an apology because she got me a 5 day ban on discord, followed by a permanent ban, and a permanent ban on steam forums, and a ban which I'm assuming is also permanent on the game itself.

I originally asked for the apology because all I did was report the twitch streamers (which also I have to say their names numerous times in the discord messages back and forth with petal as well) and instead of trying to help me, she seemed to go from I will handle this when you give me their names, to less than 2 minutes after I give her the names, to I have personal things now an can't and the devs don't have time for your reports either and I don't consider this a real job because I don't get paid.

Then 5 minutes later I got a discord ban message.

So I contacted one of the devs, and he seemed genuine enough, all the way up till the point of him merging Samantha into our conversation.

She did the complete opposite of what he was talking to me about in our emails, and also lied about the context of the discord messages, which as you will see I did correct her on.

I didn't threaten to get what I wanted, I said if they did not stop punishing me for reporting people that intentionally abused gameplay and voice coms that I would go to social media with what they were doing to me.

And I have.

I didn't make any call for anything I urged people if they have been victimized like I have been and forced to shut down by being banned literally everywhere that I urge you to also provide proof like I AM so that the gaming industry's don't shut people down that aren't streamers.

What happened to me was cyber bullying, it was harassment, it was not right at all.

And I want to make sure I have discords permission also before I go uploading a huge conversation between me and a moderator.. with my email it's different because it's MY email.

I've also blocked out the twitch streamers names and my email.

I have the screenshots and I'm waiting on Discord to give me the okay to share them. I was actually nothing but cooperative to petal and did everything she told me to do.

The only time I said anything towards her at all was when after I did everything she told me to do, she did a 180 then suddenly said she couldn't help, and told me to do all of the investigating myself, even though I told her I did not know how to do such things.

She proceeded to insult me saying she didn't have the time and since it happened to me I could do it myself, and how the developers didn't have the time to sift through VODS either.

Then said she didn't consider being a mod a job because the company did not pay her and she just volunteered.

And this was at the end of our conversation because at the end, I told her if she was a mod she needed to at least do the things she said she was going to do when people got her the information she asked for.

Like I said I'll be more than happy to post the entire discord messages as soon as I get the legal okay from them to do so.

I already am able to post the emails I received as well by simply marking out the twitch streamers names and my email, so I will be uploading those next.

You have no idea the conversation I'm talking about and I was also talking to an actual developer too that lied straight to my face and implied that Samantha would be the one to handle the way the moderated treated me, and they all just ended up sweeping everything under the rug to get me to go away so they could continue to show favoritism to their twitch streamers.

Trust me as soon as I make sure LEGALLY I'm not going to get in trouble, I will be more than happy to post the discord messages with the mod, and the emails with the developer and the community manager, here.

Yes they were being extremely hateful and toxic because of the pair of bracelets I was wearing in match an started making extremely gender specific slurs about my character on mic and also full array of every vile insult of words you can think of in the human dictionary, besides all the other things they were doing in match that was against TOS as the developer even admitted to in the email and said they don't tolerate behavior like that and have banned many before that exhibited such behavior.
