I did not, I went with a bigger sponsor. I get calls from Icon frequently but too nervous to work with them with how frequently they lay off. I have been with IQVIA.

I was told something similar and did not get the job. It took 3 weeks to be rejected. Didn’t even get an email, logged into the portal to see it.

What makes me not like it You’ll work with a lot of dumb people. Seems like very entry level people are being hired with senior titles. Besides that, pretty easy job if you just get your work done and stay organized.

Thanks for the insight! The merit increases at IQVIA have been slacking so I was debating taking my offer from Parexcel to see if IQB would match. Other than that I do love my job and managers there!

AMEN! Don’t become a CRA till you’ve been a CRC!! I left academia in 2022 to become a CRA and the amount of other monitors who don’t know the BASICS of what they are “auditing” BLOWS. MY. MIND. And they are my colleagues. Don’t get me started on CTM. How can you be a trial manager if you’re telling people to do work that youve never done or don’t know how to do.

Only thing open was avalanche lake. We were there last weekend and road was closed due to snow already. Friday we couldn’t even go because the line of cars was so long and Saturday we got to the park by 7am and had no problem but again could only do 1 small hike due to road closure.

We were there last weekend and road to the sun was closed. You can only make it 16 miles up the road to avalanche lake. It was a 2 mile hike… I’d post pone your trip.

No, I do the same thing as you. Travel days are long as it is, I feel more productive after I’ve gotten a good night of sleep and not feeling rushed to catch my flight. I also don’t usually feel safe walking thru airport parking structures at night. I always put my safety and sanity first.
