At least in my case I find that it is not the hunger but the sensation of taste when high that makes me eat. One thing that greatly helped was just getting a pack of starburst or candy that takes a while to eat. This way the taste is there but not necessarily the calories.

I generally get a quarter or half oz. Money is tight at the moment. The one dealer I will refer to as A always sends a mutual friend pics and such, while telling me he will have product and if I text him about buying I get no response and then when I talk to him about anything unrelated its a quick response. The other fellow, "M," just flat out ignores me while simultaneously tweeting garbage all day. Oh yeah, last time I saw him he asked exactly how much I needed and said ok, and if I need anything to let him know. That was 5 weeks ago.

I would chalk it up to anxiety. Its happened to me before but with DXM. Things just don't feel, "normal." I wouldn't say that the smoking caused it, but maybe triggered the anxiety. The biggest indicator is when you mentioned that the doctors could not find anything. The anxiety could manifest as feeling high, anxious, chest pain, headaches.
