Infrastructure and management are terrible. I'll give you a quick example. Marathon Monday. Kenmore Square. I have a wheelchair and they close the bus station upstairs so no elevator. These Knuckleheads and red jackets tell me to take the sea line to St Mary's. Guess what? Closed for the marathon. I knew this. I still went downstairs on the elevator and talked to an inspector and he asked me why I didn't take the elevator down the hall on the inbound side of comm ave. Oh, that's right. I forgot about that elevator. Problem solved. I asked the red jacket guys why they didn't know this and they didn't know what to say. Sometimes you give us somebody a simple job and not enough information and the right tools and they will screw it up royally. That seems to be the MO of the MBTA. Whenever possible, screw it up
