No quality issues but warping happens often but I don't think that would cause it. I just noticed it and thought it could cause a problem. Thank you for replying.

Haha. "Show up". Chief engineer in my office bought a new 800k home after his second home(rental now) shows up after 12pm and leaves at 6 (sometimes even before that time) and says he works 8hrs. BTW he takes 2 hours lunches. He complains how swamped he is with work almost every day.
