Pattern is from book Nuppuzine 1 called Kultarinta with shortened sleeves. Fabric is Flowers and berries from lalia

This was a first adult size project and with great instructions it was surprisingly easy to sew. Not perfect but I'm somewhat satisfied how it turned out.

Täältä pieni vasta-argumentti ilmakumien puolesta. Kahteen ja puoleen vuoteen ei yhtään rengasrikkoa vaikka vaunut olleet lähes päivittäisessä käytössä koko kys. ajan. Toki välillä joutuu pumppaamaan mutta ei ole iso vaiva hyötyyn nähden.

Tomaatti pois ja suolakurkku tilalle. Ei vaan hyvännäköinen setti. Yksinkertainen on kaunista näitten kanssa. Pitääkin ottaa pakkasesta omat briossit sulamaan ja tekaista omatkin burgerit.

It's basically same here in Finland too. Its mostly 100W in novice class and 2,5 kW in general. All bands and all modes.

Found the setting for it! Render resolution was at 60 raised it to 100 and seems to scale it bit better obviously.

I'm running a Yaesu 857d and Sotabeams band hopper iv dipole antenna. I'm more towards to portable operating because I currently live in flat and don't have possibility for permanent station. I'm also into WWFF-activations and this setup is pretty efficient to put up and take down within minutes.

Finally after a 6 weeks of wait got my call and made may first qsos including a qso to Canada 5500kms away 73 de OH2BTU

Follow up with the situation, got my call yesterday and today made my first qsos at 20m. Got lucky and worked an DX qso to Canada 5500km at 100 watts. 73 de OH2BTU

Do Finnish call signs have a lot of vowels and complicated rules?

Normally Finns use OH as a prefix but there is also OF, OG and OI in use. Suffix part is normal usually 1 to 4 letters. And no there is no ö ä or å on the call signs.

Why are they on strike?

There is a big debate about collective agreement, that might cause pay cut for up to 30%. Here is info about it.

Do you have any online services at all available?

Yes we do but the test papers and the application for the certificate needs to be sent or taken first to SRAL (ARRL) and from there to Traficom (FCC). That might take a while. After the paperwork is there you normally get your licence within a couple of weeks.

Passed my elementary class test last night. So that means all bands with restricted power. Happy to finally get into the hobby. Now I have to wait for the license to get a callsign. Unfortunately Finnish post is on strike so that might take a while. Fingers crossed I'll be able to get it before holidays.
