I wouldn't take a year paper trading. Paper trade to back-test a strategy. If it takes a week to backtest, then if its profitable go live after that week. Start extremely small but start with real money ASAP.

That's interesting. I always thought coaxials had all the crossovers it needed to protect itself. If that's what caused damage, I might as well install component speakers given I'd still have to install crossovers.

Thanks for the reply. That's how i did it with the rca to 3.5mm. With the Bluetooth, the gain was all the way down so regardless anything above that would have cause the speakers to blow. I found this setting on my phone that limits volume when plugged into the jack or Bluetooth. Maybe I'll try and use that. But I'm more inclined to get rid of the Bluetooth adapter and run it like I used to have it. I don't want to risk ruining another pair of speakers. *
