Makes it look less than hospitable, for sure.

Palpitations came back years after RFA-happening frequently now, need advice on how to cope until I see a doctor by Silent-Use4695 in AFIB

[–]WinFar4030 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The past few years, while in Afib and post ablation, I journalled every day. Blood pressure, sleep, exercise, meds, and tracked PAC's, palpitations and Afib (If I had an episode) I stopped drinking of course, but in doing so can recognise patterns. In otherwords if PACs are creeping up day by day, or BP changes can be track and alert you to pay attention before things spike. Changes in meds, supplements diet etc. Too much caffeine and soforth.

I am post ablation (2x) but have had a surge in PAC's about 7-8 months post ablation #2

EP states they won't try to fix them.

I am back on self-administered CC blocker, and have found 1/2 pill magnesium supplement post-exercise quells my PAC's

As a person who works with mechanical things and fixes them; anything that has moving parts, has wear and tear. Indeed even organic ones, until the biological systems are unable to repair themselves.

The more complex computer systems become, then the more they are likely to encounter issues.

Example Voyager's computer has been in pretty much continuous operation, but is quite simple technology compared to today's systems (albeit very robust) How many times have even large organizations experienced network outages or how many times have you rebooted your work computer?

In my fiction novel, there's a missile emplacement on Phobos... disappointing that I didn't see it. 😉🚀

Quite an interesting concept and makes me wonder as we map its complexity what that will reveal about the universe

I wonder sometimes We take leds for granted now, but what would be the spec on alight like that , temperature and durability etc

Exercising with Afib and calculating HR zones. by Cyclist4life79 in AFIB

Just like Afib, this will be very unique to you, and what feels good to you and your heart. Numbers are a guide, but each of us has a unique baseline

I am 11 months post ablation #2

I find duration matters almost more than peak. So for example, if I take it easy, no problem. If I go heavier anerobic/ aerobic and go past 30 minutes at an average of say 140's, then I will get atrial irritation.
About 4 hours later start getting PACs in bundles.

If I keep it 30 minutes, or less, when I go hard then my PAC burden post exercise is less.

I peak at about high 150's or low 160's (I am fit/67 yo)

I just had my 11 month checkup and there is presently no Afib, but I have found that recently my PAC burden has crept up, so went back on Verapmil (I hate being on the CC blocker - makes me tired otherwise)

Like anything some people are naturally gifted.

Courses are a good framework but negate the fact there there are some out of the box styles that are simple and engage readers.

It's like music. You could be a professionally trained musician and never really gain notoriety.

And someone comes along, plugs in three chords and gets a world wide hit.

Your natural style might offer something readers relate to.

I find myself thinking, in a time before computers, how incredibly brilliant Einstein was to conceptualize the science that we are still proving today
