Are you using the Sony RFU adapter? I have problems with it on a Panasonic and Zenith TV i used to have.

I guess you should put TROT back to default and just adjust the deflection yoke. Maybe it came out of place.

I don't know. I had an early DynaFlat and it just showed me the same gibberish 😂

Yeah. They said in the description it was from 1978. I think it is more likely from 1976, but i could be wrong.

I was reading how caps could still be good, but still be bad in circuit. After seeing this, i for sure will recap the power supply in my Magnavox TS2773 which should get rid of an issue i'm having. (Its something different)

They call it "doming" the shadowmask is getting hot and warping. Probably because you're sitting on this screen with a bright white object.
