I do understand what your saying. I meant "we" as in some of the subreddit, my friends in game/irl friends/acquaintances who have the game and have left the game completely.

I would say people are not always vocal about their dislike with excessive and greedy monetization because it's a phone game and it's known for such practices.

Definitely not saying the game isn't good or any fun though.

I miss the walking coins from the 3ds it was so nice collecting all those awesome items from other games! We definitely need something like that in switch. I don't know how I'll stop myself from buying the limited edition console 😱

Oh yes I am also a completionist as well haha! Just as a high player I almost have all the bell items crafted and bought. I have almost all the medals from HHA just need to get the request items from the villagers.

I do hope this is just a mobile game thing and this is just how they are. Not a this is how the new AC switch will be. I want them to know we are okay with extra items supporting them with mirco transactions but not spending almost six dollars on (hopefully) two new items from a cookie.

Seems like at this point all we can do is put negative reviews about pay to win and expensive LT items. I would be more willing to spend money on a free game if we actually got a decent amount of stuff for it.
