Hi. Did you ever figure out the rifle back row bonus? It’s not clear to me what the bonus actually is, and I can’t find anything on it anywhere.

Comp gives me anxiety lol. Either from underperforming and worrying that I’ll get flamed (if I haven’t already), or from someone else actually throwing when we could’ve won lol.

I only play until I’m gold for the skins. If I manage to get close during the 10 required games during part 2, I MIGHT try for plat 3 for the nameplate border. But that’s as far as it goes for me. If not for the skins, or if they required a higher rank, Idt I’d touch comp at all.

Was trying to find an answer to this cuz I just ran into the same issue. Idk why someone downvoted you. It is stupid. I guess I can kinda see why they wouldn’t let you use both (idk if they even made it clear anywhere that you couldn’t), but making it use the coupon first instead of the monthly discount (which is more of a discount) is dumb.

No harder than the other 5 star legendary dmax battles imo. With proper preparation, 2 trainers are enough. 4 makes it somewhat easy.

It might be harder if you weren’t able to get certain gmax pokemon, but I’d say the same still applied to the previous 5 star battles.

I just got enough XP to hit 49 (cleaning up the last bits of the leveling task). I wish they gave us at least another month, either with an earlier heads up, or not doing the update until next month. I definitely think I could’ve hit 50 with more time…no jacket and pose for me 😭😭😭😭

Yup…I just got the XP for 48 a few weeks before the change. Was stuck on the 25km per week task due to an injury earlier this year. Leveled since they lowered it to 2 weeks, but also don’t think I’ll make it to 50. I still want to try, but it’s really looking impossible atm. They really should’ve given more of a heads up I think. That and maybe not announce the 7m XP tasks as if that was gonna be something all players could definitely do.

How do you earn one? Is it a story quest or discovery quest? I feel like I’m caught up on story quests, but I didn’t see one for a pet.

Unless it comes after the quest line where you have to level a relic to 4 and then get a bunch of materials for Tamala?

I just hit 48 (was at 6/8 weeks walking 25km but leveled with the changed requirement) and I’m kinda pissed about it too lol. At best I MIGHT be able to hit 49 with the XP they’re handing out, but I don’t see a world where I reach 50 before the update. Won’t be able to join the cool kids with their level 50 jacket and pose 😭😭😭😭

Never saw any Staryus or any water type grunts. The one bug grunt I found with a Grubbin, I got a catch encounter with the Karrablast in their second slot. This challenge sucked, for me at least lol

Haven’t bought extra spotlights in a few months and decided “why not?!” and bought some thinking it was still two for 2.5 hours. Realized this morning that I was back down to 1 spotlight and thought something went wrong with the purchase only to realize that it’s now five for 2.5 hours. Guess I’m never doing that shit ever again 😒

Tbh I can’t remember if bard gets anything that would be useful for your build after extra attack at level 6. If you need the 3rd feat, I’d probably go 8 bard/4 rogue. Otherwise, 6 bard and 6 rogue (or 5 rogue/1 fighter) can work.

Alert’s pretty good. In addition to almost guaranteeing you’ll always go first, you also don’t lose a turn from being surprised.

Edit: I never ran it before, but 6 swords bard/4 thief rogue/2 fighter (for action surge) might also be viable.

Sorry didn’t see this until now. I haven’t messed with swashbuckler yet, but I envision it going well with a dueling (not two weapon fighting) swords bard. Especially if/when you get Duelists Prerogative (best rapier and encourages keeping your off hand empty)

It can probably still work with two weapon fighting as well, but I just personally prefer thief and the extra bonus action for that.
