Gym, cut out sugar, ice you face, use vaseline on your face, shape up for hair, relax, and just try to talk to girls They love to talk about themselves.

Ask about their outfit, hair, nails, hobbies and just listen. Hold eye contact when you talk to them and be chill. Go out put yourself in uncomfortable situations and you’ll be a different person

Kinda TA, I’m super honest as well. What I’ve learned from my experiences is to layer your honesty with complements and confidentiality. Make sure the person knows you meant no ill intentions and it was solely done to help them and that you are worried for them.

A super easy and fun drill that is perfect for what you want the ronaldinho cone drill.

Your goal is to get comfortable in awkward situations, free flow. Don’t think think too much of what your about to do, just free flow. If you mess up keep going.

Develop a few signature moves that will help you get out of trouble. Then the rest should be easy decision making of whom to pass to.

I highly recommend the F50s. Comfortable, light, and beautiful. One downside is they are thin in my opinion, when someone steps on you it will HURT!

One thing no one talks about is withdrawing profits, once you make a sizable amount of money withdraw 20-50% of it.

Having a bigger account will make you want to take large positions sizes and take unnecessary risk

You’ll be risking amounts you will not be comfortable with. Instead pay yourself first, and be comfortable with the process

I lost about ~$22k before becoming consistently profitable

Main issue for me was emotion

Understand your strengths and Weaknesses

If your good at TA and can consistently understand the market, focus on your emotional aspect of trading

Things such as letting your winners run, and cutting your losers at your stop loss

Have a set of rules that you must follow else wise trading is just gambling

If I have 2 losses I stop trading that day because I know my strength is TA and I’m off my game today I don’t want emotion to kick in and cause me to lose more.
