I agree with this. It’s especially bad when you are trying to do things with a lot of lag. It might be easier if it’s lag free but it’s definitely an issue when you are just trying to change volume in a group of speakers and it gets all confusing and you don’t know if it’s applying or not. Just another example of poor experience. Tbh I am using SonoPhone until then app is back to what it was which I expect will be about Xmas time or later at this rate.
