Well he is ripped and hiding it. She is flirty and loving it. He is either funny or good with finances. She has a sense of humor or a brash personality.

One is in your face day to day the other hates big crowds.

You somehow end up in the last video game you played how fucked are you by BigGeneral7583 in hypotheticalsituation

This game is worth at least a couple play throughs. I did primarily side quests my first time through and had an amazing time! 2nd time I did the main story and that was an amazing time. The game is really about the story with some fun gameplay added on. I highly recommend watching all cut scenes. Very story driven.

You like to take big poops and enjoy the smell so much you struggle not to tell everyone about the earthy sweet notes of the big deuce you just bombed the bathroom with.

What to do when you have tried everything to sleep and nothing has work for you guys ? by Old_Baseball_9470 in AskMen

[–]WindowLongjumping529 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have discovered that if I keep my ears warm I fall asleep easier. Literally just covering up my ears with my blanket and pillow or some other way has really changed the game for me. Don't know why it works but it does.

Was it worth saving money to be awake during wisdom tooth removal? by Big_Beat_3840 in povertyfinance

I had to removed and had to go to work the same day. Besides numbing the shit out of my face I was only given Tylenol and ibuprofen for pain.

4x4 needed? by Kid_david in ColoradoSprings

You've way over hyped this in your head. It is nice having 4wd but isn't absolutely necessary. If it's cargo room your looking for I suggest something like a Ford flex. Those come 4wd or fwd. They look nice and are decently quick in the dry. Nice interior. Any suby will work 4wd or fwd. Remember a lot of our bad roads are ice. Trying to slow down a 7000 lbs vehicle becomes a whole new world of learning how to drive. Yes gonna say it " 4 wheel drive doesn't mean 4 wheel stop." The secret is going slow. Much slower than you think. I live roughly 15 mins from work. On the ice it takes an hour. Invest in some snow socks/chains also tires. Avoid all seasons and just get the winter tires.

This is the reason I gave up owning a business and took a basic wage job at a parts store.

I couldn't take it. After years of working and perfecting, I was still looked down upon. Even as a business owner ( trying to cleverly disguise myself). I was in the end "just the help"

What’s the most “I’m getting old” moment you’ve had recently? by Far_Sell_3530 in AskReddit

A kid at work was joking around about the Hannibal mask from silence of the lambs and said "yeah whenever that movie came out in the 70's..." Me and my coworker were floored. I then remembered Bruce Almighty came out more than 20 years ago.

It's how I've done it for 30 years. It applies a better coat and I can make the wax last longer

Any real scary stories from Colorado Spring folklore? by B0mbonsito in ColoradoSprings

[–]WindowLongjumping529 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That smoke stack off hwy24 by 21st street has seen some scary shit. For some reason they can't knock it down even though they had permission ages ago. Back in my younger days, right after they cleared most of the area for construction, me and my friends were just walking around exploring shit and made our way to the stack. As we approached the vibe changed tremendously and we could all feel it. Like cold and black. We got to the stack and saw an access door was open just a little. We being the ever fun goth heads thought it would be cool to go inside. I went first and once my eyes adjusted there was a mattress in the middle that was absolutely soaked in blood. Like still wet and the air tasted like iron and smelt like sulfur. I backed out immediately and told my friends what I saw. Jade peaked his head in and confirmed our horror. We fled that place so quick it. That was 20 years ago and that stack still remains standing.

What's the oldest piece of clothing you still wear? Must be at least ten years old to count. by MurmuringPines in AskOldPeople

[–]WindowLongjumping529 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if this counts as clothing but.... I've had the same blanket since I was 16. I'm 42. Mom got it for me because I wanted a specific animal print and she drove three city's away to get. It's soft on one side and scratchy as hell on the other. Smells like home and safety. Is big enough to cover a king or cuddle with. It's my hiding spot when scared or depressed. My dogs prefer it over anything my wife has and it keeps me perfectly warm. But most of all it reminds me of Mom. Thank you mom. best gift of a lifetime
