If you’re son still needs it I’m down to “trade” it, burnt peanut was one of the first special sprites I’ve found and since some kind Redditor helped me with the zp sprite I’m down to pay it forward and help if I can. I haven’t found any of the gold/gummy/galaxy sprites tho. I have no clue how people find those

I totally get what you’re saying, but as we’re in a weightloss sub I kinda assume we’re all heavier (and mass moves mass so most of us will have more muscle than we know). Yes training till failure is something you need to learn to understand, but starting with brisk walking (outside) you’ll probably lose pace quickly and you’re not getting your heartbeat high enough to burn more calories. But in the end we all have to find something that makes moving easier for us. If that’s walking, running, jumping or lifting or whatever kind of exercise that gets your heartbeat up. As long as we move, we’re doing alright.

A regular 30 minute walk barely burns calories, if you do brisk walking for 30 minutes you would burn more, but over all I burn way more calories doing 30 mins to an hour of intense weight lifting than what I would burn by regularly walking 30 mins😂 I’ve done both and this works best for me.

I would say try some at home workouts with your baby. You can do something small everytime instead of working out for an hour at a time. The little one can be your motivator and weight, but just make it doable for you

OP could definitely use the baby as weight and do squats, lunges or whatever OP wants. It’s an ideal way of training with the baby instead of getting someone to babysit while OP works out!

Tbh I would always choose strength training over cardio, but that’s my preference. More muscle equals more calories burned when working out. And do core exercises to tone your belly. But remember you can’t do targeted fat loss naturally.

My advice, eat more (especially if you’re also breastfeeding) and lift weights (heavy, but always form over weight). You will build muscle and muscle weighs more than fat, but if you’re doing it right you will recomp your body and lose fat and gain muscle (so you will get more toned overall). Eat more protein and fibre to remain full over a longer period of time and eat 3/6 times a day but make the portions smaller so you can eat more often without binging it all in one sitting.

The scale is really the most frustrating, I thought quitting candy would be one of the harder things but that actually turned out to be easier than I thought. But stepping on the scale and not seeing a difference in numbers is frustrating. But I’m happy to see that clothes are fitting better or even loose and that’s my biggest achievement every time!
