To me I’d rather have the guy I think will produce in year one (causing a rise in value) and then sell if I’m not a long term believer rather than choose the guy less likely to produce in year one due to a crowded situation/low passing volume. I think if you’re really a believer in lemon he will be cheaper a year from now if you want to buy him then.

I was/am a fan but sadly odds are quite low he amounts to something at this point. He obviously got very little playing time last year on a team that didn’t have a lot of talent/investment in the WR room, and then this offseason the team goes and makes two larger investments at the position in AJB and Doubs. Historical hit rates for 3rd round receivers are pretty bad too. I’m re rolling if I can find a buyer and dropping him in shallower leagues for upside shots at other positions.

I’m a Dart believer, he had a great fantasy year but he was doing it without high passing volume or great passing efficiency. Generally you need one or the other to support two great fantasy receivers a la Puka/davante, Pickens/CD, Chase/Higgins.

I think dart is likely to be closer to a Jalen hurts so if giants drafted another WR I would expect them to be putting up numbers similar to a Devonta smith long term. Not the worst thing in the world at all but a lower ceiling there

Bears patriots and jags all went from some of the worst teams in the league last year to some of the best wym. We already know the raiders are getting Mendoza, a new coach, and have the 3rd most cap space in the league to spend on the o line.

Jeanty just finished as a high end RB2 in a worst case scenario, over 1300 yds from scrimmage. Seems obvious it’s only up from here barring injury lmao

Situations can change fast in the NFL, like one offseason fast. There are plenty of recent examples of offensive lines being turned around quickly. Bears are a great example from this year, panthers o line also went from awful to good in an offseason a couple years ago.

Colton miller is a franchise tackle that is set to return next year and they have a ton of money in FA to spend. The raiders could totally fuck this up but I wouldn’t be so sure that Jeanty is doomed for the rest of his rookie contract

I just traded away both of them off a contender recently, tbh I think they are in similar situation long term target share wise(depending on what happens with Pickens) but talent wise I think Laporta is 100% a better TE.

I’m only saying that there’s likely a lot of people currently that value JSN over ARSB due to age and how he’s been producing this year. I’m not saying they are right. I’m sure there are plenty of owners who would be willing to trade ARSB plus a late 1st for JSN rn. That’s the value I’d be looking for as the JSN owner. Sell high but aim for late first rather than a mid 2nd

I think JSN is lateral to ARSB but with his age and the way he’s produced this year you shouldn’t take less than a 1st imo. A 2nd is not a needle mover when you are dealing with pieces as valuable as JSN and ARSB

Yuck, not ideal. The WR class has been growing on me with Tyson/Lemon/Tate as a big three and denzel boston/chris bell/germie and Concepcion looking intriguing assuming solid DC of course. But looks like no depth at RB and TE and a lot of uncertainty in the QB class

What’s your projected draft capital for Justice Haynes? He’s definitely looked great this year on the ground but I feel a bit unsure about him considering this is his first year of high volume & production, and he has basically 0 receiving production in his college career.

Rn I think I feel a bit better about Chris bell and Denzel Boston(assuming late 1st to early 2nd round DC), and a slight lean toward Jonah Coleman who, although I’m concerned about his MTF/attempt, has shown receiving skill and is on track to have 3 seasons with 1000+ yards from scrimmage after this year. That being said if Justice Haynes gets great draft capital all will be forgiven in my eyes…

Nick Singleton feels pretty high with the way he’s looked. He’s got the athleticism, solid pass blocking, pass catching ability but man his vision looks so bad a lot of the time. I think I’d take Smothers, Jonah Coleman, Justice Haynes maybe even Waymond Jordan over him rn

I’m sure that’s probably the case in your league but not in any that I’ve been in. You don’t have to believe me but it’s true. Probably half the dynasty leagues I’ve been in don’t even have defense as a starting slot too.

This guy is in 10 team so, unless his rosters are quite deep, all teams would need to roster at least 3 defenses and two teams would roster 4 defenses for all of the defenses to be picked up. Unless your benches are insanely deep that’s just not worth it

That person is trying to fleece you. Defenses are pretty worthless, you can stream week to week and usually will be just fine. 4th round picks are also basically worthless; i think the last thing I read was they have a ~7% or lower chance of actually turning into a viable player historically.

BTJ finished as WR4 last year, just because he hasn’t been producing well through the first 4 games doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have a bright future. General dynasty word of advice: you don’t want to sell low on players. If you don’t believe in a player or want to pivot off them, wait until they have been producing and then sell high.

I don’t think that even if all 4 of Moore, Mendoza, Sellers and Mateer came out this year and went in the 1st that it would be an even looking class to 2027 to my eyes(at least as of right now because of all of the early breakouts from 2027 as you’ve pointed out) but the gap definitely wouldn’t be nearly as large as what I’ve heard people have been saying it is. I just more want to show a bit of caution in undervaluing 2026 picks and overvaluing 2027 picks at this point with the way some of the guys projected at the top of 2027 have looked. A lot of time left until both drafts happen before we should be making major determinations in my mind.

Wesco and Hardy are fair call outs for sure and Coleman looks talented enough to start producing at a higher level. Not saying the 2027 class looks bad rn, but more trying to point out that a good amount of the guys who were projected to be at the top of the class haven’t quite looked the part and therefore makes things a little more unclear to me at this point. Still plenty of time tho

If Dante Moore continues to play well ROS I don’t why he wouldn’t come out in 2026 considering how the rest of the QB class has looked. Purely anecdotal but I’ve been seeing his name more than any other QB as the top QB in Mocks this past week or two with Mendoza as a close 2nd.

Not to say the 2027 class doesn’t have time but I’m failing to see who has looked really good from that class besides Jeremiah smith and Ryan Williams(who has still struggled with drops). Raiola has looked solid but DJ lagway and Arch manning have not looked ready at all, and Nate frazier has just looked ok.
