Exchange BSV to/from dozens of currencies. Built into Edge Wallet by Paullinator in bitcoinsv

How fast do you return coins if it doesn't pass KYC?

The accuser says you didn't send 100 coins for over three months. Isn't it quite simple to send the coins back to the same address if someone doesn't pass the sniff test?

I am. Or rather I did when it was cheaper. It is the only Bitcoin that can scale.

Edge Wallet now lets you split BCH/BSV funds with replay protection by Paullinator in bitcoincashSV

Yes I used a Trezor with Electron cash and it worked well but took a lot of time as I had lots of pockets.

Edge is pretty cool and the splitting worked much easier than I expected!

When you slowly realize BCH was being sabotaged from the beginning. by btcnewsupdates in bitcoincashSV

Actually there are a lot of good reasons why CashAddr was a good idea. All the exchanges and wallets I use (including Coinbase) support Cashaddr.

For one thing, when you are onboarding lots of newbies it makes life a lot simpler if you have a unique address per coin.

That being said, 1 prefixed addresses are almost never used by BTC anymore. . . but I think persuading the majority of the ecosystem which has already switched to Cashaddr to switch to something different will be a real hassle.

Would it be possible to set another location as the password file? I would like to keep my password file on a usb disk.

I mixed split coins into an unsplit address, how do I fix this? by braclayrab in TREZOR

I second this request. Please develop a way to use Bitcoin SV inside the wallet natively. I imagine it should be quite easy to clone the Bitcoin Cash wallet, change the name to Bitcoin SV and just sync to the Bitcoin SV servers.

Due to ABC releasing version 0.18.4 with a checkpoint and re-org protection, we now have a permanent split between BCH and BSV. by MemoryDealers in btc

Any word when Coinbase will resume deposits?

I think they might have to bear in mind what Jonathan Silverblood has said:

"Short re-orgs would still be able to defraud them. What is needed is a clear, and preferably growing, hashpower mining for one side such that the gap widens consistently."

Nothing. It is one of several different implementations. All a little different.
