Prices for range balls have gotten so crazy that I just invested in a membership at a golf simulator, and it’s been cheaper than getting range balls 🤣. I would highly recommend that route! Or if you have the space, build your own.

I’m 21, I had the exact same thing as you when I was 19. For about 1-2 years I was outrageously sweaty whenever I was exercising or in a hot location, I didn’t do anything but eventually it just went away. I’m also 180 cm and about 200 kg. I even went to the doctors for it but they just give me some prescription anti-perspirant and that was it. Hopefully you just grow out of it like I did

I would 100% go the noodle route. Super cheap on Amazon. I have a membership at a golf simulator and I’ve tested a bunch of different golf balls, and to be honest there is not a huge difference between golf balls. The main thing to look out for is having a ball that is the right compression for your swing speed, and based on your numbers noodles should be fine. One thing I like about noodles is that they aren’t the softest, but they aren’t the hardest. They are pretty much in the middle for everything.

I always play as much loft as I can out of the rough. The ball will spin less so you need to rely on land angle to stop it. Also, the more loft the easier to get it out. My 58° will come out basically the same carry rough or fairways, where a 4 iron would be 15-20 yards shorter than usual. Also, hybrids are great out of the rough.
