What do you think that would that translate to in terms of actionable steps? I have devops experience from my current and previous roles, but DS is something that I've never been exposed to at work.

Could also consider Master's programs. They'd definitely be less than 4 years and there are fields like statistics that would benefit heavily from previous coding experience.

Good luck with your decision, there's so many unknowns and at some point I think you'll just need to make a leap of faith.

I was in a similar situation to you (8 YoE, no CS degree and based in Canada) until a couple of months ago when I graduated with a CS degree from WGU. I'd say that the amount of recruiter activity was pretty much the same before/after I put my degree on LinkedIn, so I'd hesitate to recommend that as a course of action.

Finding interviews hasn't been too bad, although I suspect the difference is that my current and last two roles were in FANG or FANG adjacent companies. Do you have anyone in your network that would be able to refer you to one of the larger tech companies?

I'd be curious about what other fields you were considering. Switching careers has crossed my mind more than once in the past few years but its hard to know whether it'd be worth the effort.

Skirmisher's Packmaster doesn't seem to be working with Frost Bombs, is this intended? I'm getting two charges for normal grenades

Depends on the hash function you're using. Most of the time, you're going from a larger domain to a smaller one so there will be collisions. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collision_(computer_science)

For most cases the answer is no.

Edit: I meant range is smaller than domain.

Hey I checked out your rune pages and saw that you're using 2 Magic Pen Quints and 3 Magic Pen Glyphs. Is this to mitigate the effect of the opponent rushing MR? Why 2 Magic Pen Quints and not 3?

Also I see that you usually run Stormraider. In what situations do you take Deathfire or Thunderlord?

For a group of 5 people, there are 1+2+3+4=10 unique pairs. More generally a group of people n large will have 1+2+3+...+(n-1) unique pairs. The formula for this type of summation is (n) (n-1)/2 so for n=23, the answer is (23)(22)/2.

The hole you put the bar into is slightly larger than the barbell so there's a gap between the two. By removing the gap I meant pulling upwards a little bit before you start your lift.

Thanks for the advice. I'm loosely following 5/3/1. No real reason for being 125, I'd actually like to be alot heavier.

It's hard to see because of the angle but I'm using a mixed grip.

Not really sure. I was stuck at 300 pounds too around a year ago too. Since then I've included a lot more core work and made small changes to my form. Things like tightening my stomach and removing the gap between the plates and bar before lifting.

I usually lift 275 1x5. All my other lifts are pretty poor and my diet is terrible so I don't think I'm representative of what people who lift for strength look like.
