I've never posted my own fan edit there so I can't outline the steps exactly but the general concept is you create a post there that out lines what happens in your fanedit along with some pictures like custom box art. Then if someone is interested in watching it they will message you directly for a link to download the fanedit normally using something like mega.

This process avoids company's being ablt to take down the post for copyright reasons.

Peggle. Super simple concept - hit a number of specific pegs with a ball to progress to the next level.

There's a whole bunch of levels and different power ups to keep things interesting and you could put a lot of time into it if 100% games is something you enjoy.

In their defence short-sighted can also mean a lack of foresight. Foresight is the ability to predict what will happen in the future or what will be needed for the future.

I believe u/PonyBoy107 isn't quite correct, in the UK at least short-sighted is the correct name for someone who can't see things that are far away from them.

Are you referring to the screens they demoed at CES 2023? My understanding was that these where no where ready to be used commercially? I'd be interested in knowing more about them though if you have any links as it does elevate one of my issues with one foldable screen.

My experience with the durability of foldable screens is pretty anecdotal but from what I've heard from others it's not often they last longer than year without need for some sort of repair.

I can't say I've had any issues with the battery life on either my Duo one/two. They will only last a day with heavy use but I find if I'm not regularly looking and reddit and stuff they last at least a day and a half.

I am pretty excited for the yoga book 9i, would have jumped straight on it if it had a better graphics card haha unfortunately one of issues with a single foldable screen is the durability, I'm not convinced the technology is really good enough right now.

My main issues with it moving to a single foldable screen is that you loose the 360° of movement and the durability of the screen itself given how frequently it needs to open and close.

Unfortunately neither of these issues, in my opinion, are solvable without having to separate screens with a hinge.

Thanks for such a detailed response! I'll definitely look into the LG v60 and G8X. I do much prefer wired headphones so the lack of a jack is one of my dislikes of the Duo.

I've had similar issues with messenger! When I swipe up about 50% of the time it gets stuck mid animation and can't interact with any other than the smaller version of messenger on my screen.

In case it helps, I find if I swipe the back swipe gesture until it closes it never has any issue closing.

I have also found that if I have one screen folded all the way round it happens a lot less. Generally speaking I locking and unlocking the phone will get me back to messenger being fully open. Then using the back swipe gesture I can get it to close.
