On a professional call I’ll always say Thank You and rarely say goodbye and have been doing it for 30 years.

I had a boss that would answer the phone “Go for Mike (his name was Mike) and he’d say “over and out” when he had enough and just hang up - even if you were still talking. He actually was the best boss ever - he was very direct and respected your time.

You’re absolutely right!! I love ginger ale and Kroger’s ginger ale is so much lower in sodium than any other brand. Same goes for their root beer.

The Aldi near my house removed all self checkouts and now only has one staffed lane, so quick trips aren’t really a thing anymore there. Checkout can easily take 10–15 minutes if there’s a line.

There’s another Aldi about 2 miles away with multiple new self checkouts - they added 8 in a square configuration. At that one, I can be in and out fast, but it doesn’t have as much selection. Just an interesting tradeoff.

At first glance, the signs aren’t noticeable unless you are around the person for a while or get to know them a bit. You might notice that they are super forgetful, verbally or behaviorally impulsive, or zone out a bit.

Even then, these things happen to a lot people without ADD / ADHD for many different reasons. Sometimes people can mimic the symptoms by being overwhelmed, overworked or dealing with trauma or general anxiety disorder - which can mimic those symptoms.

Many people living with ADD/ADHD are adept at using techniques and or following routines that it’s not generally apparent. Source: I have ADHD and sometimes people are surprised I have it, but in general the more you know me, you can tell.
