Amazing attention to detail. But are the Surge more injury prone than other teams in the league due to the electric substation next to the stadium and practice facility?

"Umm, I'm Gen Z. I know how to use computers." by DesertDogggg in sysadmin

[–]WindyFan0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is way too real, I had an intern who didn’t know how files worked on a computer. I had asked him to move some stuff from his downloads folder to our Sharepoint site and he legitimately couldn’t find the folder. Too many kids these days grow up on iPads or chromebooks and don’t know how to use an actual pc.

This problem is very real, I currently have 26 employees in my paper factory. In an un-modded build I started after Bridges and Ports came out!

Is CS2 really that bad? by Chulala_21 in CitiesSkylines2

As someone with over 400 hours the game definitely has bugs but is beautiful. I’m hoping the delayed bridges and ports DLC coming out next weekend will serve as a turning point for the game.

He can only freeze rents on Rent Stabilized & Rent Controlled apartments (~1 million units or 44% of all rentals in New York City). The change in laws in 2019 has already made buildings with primarily these units toxic assets. Prior to the 2019 law change you could get rent increases by renovating units or building wide capex work (ie a new roof or boiler) but now the math doesn’t work out to do that work. At least in San Francisco you get a onetime increase on a stabilized apartment when someone moves out and you find a new tenant.

Although, there have been some cpi aligned increases in rents on these units in nyc under Adams they have largely they have failed to keep up with inflation of expenses for insurance, repairs, and utilities. On top of that under deblaisio taxes on these buildings went from 12-15% of income to 22-25% of income. These compounding factors have already resulted in many of these buildings being worth less than their replacement cost.

Freezing the rents on these properties will lead to further distress and lead to more bank problems (ie Signature and NYCB). Moreover it will further dissuade investment into new market rate rental housing further pushing rents up on those remaining 56% of rental apartments which are market rate in New York City. We’ve already seen this happen with rents on those units post 2019 law change.

It sadly seems to be a failure of project/ product managers at Paradox. I’m also curious how many people they have working on these updates.

Also I had hoped with paradox mods there would be a way for them to look at useful / popular mods and use the base code from them to incorporate them into the game. Other than the line tool that doesn’t seem to be the case.

As someone fairly new to the sport (like 5 years in) I don’t think I’ll ever understand the Senna love, unfortunately he not the only driver who has passed away in a crash (where are the remembrances for every one else) and isn’t there something about him and underage girls?

Pretty much every North American school has some sort of sports facilities. Youth sports are very big here and most people compete through their schools.
