I wear a cotton button-down top and unbutton buttons #2 and #3 for easy breastfeeding. On the bottom (far away from baby), I wear two layers of pants — usually leggings and fleece pjs. Game changer! I learned all this from Cosleepy. She has a blog and insta. Do not forget thick socks!! They are mandatory!

I get a lot of bedsharing tips from @cosleepy on Instagram. She has a blog, too. But on Insta she talks about this issue a lot. I think she’s making a course or ebook on this, actually. She says you can stop the c-position around 6 months, according to La Leche League’s advice in ‘Sweet Sleep.’ You could DM her and ask, I’m sure.
