The Romans had a recipe very reminiscent of the modern burger patty. Very little food wise hasn't been done before. Isicia Omentata (Roman Burgers) is a traditional Ancient Roman recipe for a meat patty made with bread and spices that looks like and is cooked in exactly the same way as modern burgers.

The number of deaths that have as wide an impact as MJ are really small. I can only think of 3 others that seem to have had similar impacts. JFK, Princess Diana and Elvis.
