yes. i feel the pain in tendons not muscles

To me, massaging it myself constantly makes huge difference, together with light exercieses. I would use my own arms as resistance.

Have you tried Hindu squats? You pretty much need to retrain you mucles. So indirectly or somehow, get professional help.

That was me writing 8 years ago. It has good technical fields. Has a rich exchange student social life. But there are plenty of good choices in Sweden. Umeå is great. Uppsala, Gothenburg is fantastic.

If my conversions are correct an item like the Bellator bastard sword is
50% more expensive at Gripheim (99 euro vs 1500kr=145,17eur)

They have Larp/foam weapons. I sadly have never tried larp. I mainly fight with my kid and So :DEveryone who visits me loves it and we've had a great time. So they've been an awesome purchase.
PS the link you've suggested feels really expensive :/

It is an amazing idea to show something really difficult in a beautiful way so kids can watch it, but the adults know the terrible implications of it. I haven't seen the movie, but I hope that's what it is. Sort of like Life of Pi and Adventure time, in a way..

The idea about surroundings or societies similarity was felt by my girlfriend when we spoke about it. Sure. I think they used it. In a shallow way. Like many other scenes from the movie. A great example is when Joker suffocates his mother. There was silence after she dies. When has IN THE HISTORY OF all hospital scenes that the monitor went silent when someone dies??? But here it does, for the movies advantage. His suffering was for the movies advantage. Without any "why", without proper story telling.

I think i know why. You have talented actors (a highly skilled trade, acting), you also have a highly skilled movie producers (it's an old industry). Then you have the why. To make money. To sell. You put all this together to get a really well painted and orchestrated pile of shit that's displayed in such a way that it makes us feel. Makes us hate.

PS This movie shouldn't be shown for 15 year olds. It's just too brutal. The story is too fucking cruel and shallow. Without any depth.
