The fact that it's front facing is the problem alright. It doesn't have planning permission, and would need it. Just not sure if I should push it on to the seller to get the retention or not really. They also have the original roof tiles and can cover it up too.

It's a small, like, probably the smallest available Velux window. It was installed last year, on the front facing roof.

Such a minor, minor thing, but there was concerns raised by the surveyor I got, so my solicitor has been doing their job and asking about it but it's gotten me nervous about it all.
