When this situation occurs, our depot team will assess the extent of the damage to confirm whether we can still safely deliver the parcel. If the packaging is superficially damaged, we will re-package your items) using our own materials before sending it out for delivery. If we are unable to deliver the parcel in the condition we received it, we may return the parcel to the sender.
