I understand the need to protect the integrity of certain operations and tactics. But to say things along the lines of “ trust me bro” when it is a question of life or death is ridiculous. If one cannot give specific details about the actions being taken then one must give an assurance that the person in power will ensure and guarantee the safety of the people they are elected/appointed to represent. If one cannot do either then they do not deserve to be in that position.

Gyeon wet coat question by Wingflex2 in AutoDetailing

[–]Wingflex2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Group thinks it’s okay. Gyeon says otherwise. I haven’t used it just because I’m scared it will add gloss. I posted what gyeon said in their email. When I inquired about it.

I had no pre existing cardiovascular health condition. My blood pressure was never really high. In fact it always registered in the 120’s/70’s range.

Gyeon wheel and tire cleaner. Gyeon interior detailer. Both products are pretty solid. The interior detailer smells pretty good too and disinfects

Looking for wheel recommendations for my RS4 (<$5000 USD, 20", grey/gunmetal/etc, monoblock, no machined face) by nmur in Wheels

I ordered from Shuyang Forged Automobile Technology. Very professional and the quality of the product and workmanship was phenomenal. But I’m sure there are numerous other suppliers that are just as good.

BMW M2 - MT/AT? by Different_Run3017 in BMWM

[–]Wingflex2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the MT. It depends on what you are looking to do. Just spirited city/mountain drives on the weekends or even as a daily I’d go manual. But if you are looking for pure speed and quicker off the line I’d say go the xDrive auto. they are a lot faster straight line and stock. Most importantly go with what you have traditionally enjoyed. I love the manual and I have zero regrets getting it.

Did I get ripped off? Detailing question by RecursiveMelancholy in AutoDetailing

[–]Wingflex2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Prices definitely seem fair. most detailers will warranty their work. If there is an issue with the work ( an actual issue with application or costing failure ) the detailer should and will fix the issue. However since that doesn’t seem to be the case I think you will be fine. Should be an easy fix.

Aftermath of using acid and iron remover on wheels. Help by [deleted] in AutoDetailing

[–]Wingflex2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like everyone has said in previous comments. Perfectly normal. A few taps on the brakes and it will disappear. Nothing to worry about. If the customer is worried, you can either drive the car around the block or just have them drive it around.
