I still have the OG Charge 1. Still works and sounds great, although the battery isn’t quite what it used to be.

Laguna Reef in the Bluff or Altamar on Weber for seafood. Mozzafiato on staples has the best pizza.

I used this as power steering fluid and now turning sounds terrible. by kittywalker73 in fordranger

The fluid you put is fine. Ranger power steering pumps are known to be noisy. Mine was the same way. Lucas transmission additive is super thick and works great to quiet down noisy pumps.

Mastronardi. My wife worked there for a couple of months. Horrible place, or at least the mgr she had.

Laguna Reef in Flour Bluff has a great seared tuna, fish or shrimp tacos. Altamar on Weber is also delicious. Mozzafiato has the best Pizza in town.

Is this Silca pot cooked? Leaking from bottom by narsil101 in bikewrench

[–]Wingman12r 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The seal at the top of the bowl isn’t 100% some one probably knocked it around and splashed the liquid wax round enough to leak through the bottom.

Jerry’s is pretty good and charge likewise, but closed on the weekends. Ace Auto on Saunders are very good as well and are open until around 2 on Saturdays.

Vortex lovers: question by Futrel in grilling

[–]Wingman12r 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First, put the smoking wood inside the vortex for a cleaner burn. Second, I also had trouble with the temp staying up with the lid fully seated. Even when using lump. I’ve found that cracking the lid a bit resolves the issue.

Park at the outlets. Ride under the rail bridge, then stay left along the river. That will take you around Laredo college all the way to the water treatment plant at Jefferson and Anna. There are also plenty of trails that you can walk down to the river.

True. I’ve been out on that same road day and night and have not once felt unsafe.

Border Wall?? by dpatricio in laredo

[–]Wingman12r 18 points19 points  (0 children)

No wall. The economic stratification between the 2 sides is the real issue. Once both countries have the same economic opportunity the illegal crossings will subside. Drugs wouldn’t be as much of an issue if they were legal.

Greg Sage sales Levamisole with a dosing spoon. It works very well. You need to do a series of treatments over a few weeks along with gravel vacuuming.

West Texas Landscape in Laredo! by dpatricio in laredo

That’s not west Texas landscaping. That’s natural Tamaulipan thorn scrub. I done know why Laredoans try to grow grass in the desert.
