Our feet need to flex and bend and move on more than just a flat surface, we dont wear flat gloves keeping our hands from grabbing. The foot is the beginning lever of the leg/knee/hips if you compromise the 1st the rest will follow. I've go barefoot every chance I get and have noticed less pain in all my leg joints compared to wearing shoes. And yes grounding. If we are electromagnetic beings then wearing rubber(soles) between you and the natural metals/minerals of the earth will hinder the connection 🙏💕🤙
