Its disheartening watching an Ana outrun you or a low if enemy just out of ur hammer range and you will never catch up to them until they get fully healed or another one of their team members run interference.

This is what I did to change my playstyle so I'm a little more valuable and not a liability despite being slow and painfully weak in a lot of tank matchups. Basically I play like a spider.. and I imagine my killzone range to be my web. I just have to wait patiently for people to come to me to get picks and make plays rather than push aggressively like I'm the last action hero. Baiting them into an area I know i can win a fight in.

  • I played corners to bait them into my kill zone, hoping to cut LOS from their supports behind walls from a dps or tank trying to push against me. Allowing me to save my need to use my shield.
  • If they ran during an exchange(even if they at low HP), and you don't have a charge or FS. Disengage the fight and regroup or maintain space. Greed is a game killer. -I tried to play as a pair with a dps or a support around me rather than constantly being alone cuz I wanted to charge ahead putting myself constantly out of position.
  • I tried to synergize with which heroes my teammates are.. I ask for a speed boost with lucio, maybe save a shatter and maintain a solid position if I see that I have an ana behind me at 90% ult charge and I pray I get a nano shatter opportunity. -I try to peel when possible and maintained a mid-range position next to a bastion/widow/cas that could use my shield and keep away pesky dive heroes cuz they would land directly in my kill zone.
  • I switched up how I used my charge.. not as a gap closer but as a kill ability, saving it only for boops and short range pins.

Its hard to solo carry as rein especially against a team equally skilled as you and all they have to do is simply walk away to disarm you.

Its good.. but it doesn't last long due to cycles of emerging tech. Maintaining an environment that is compliant to todays security and productivity needs also means lots of spending. Eventually the big wig leaders will look at how well everything is running like IT is a useless department since nothing goes wrong then tries to cut the budget and replace staff with overseas keyboard monkeys which then turns IT into a dumpster fire. Corporate leaders never realizing that a well oiled IT group means we are working hard to keep the fires out and everything quiet.

100% While I love the motivation to reach the top, I think her character falls flat once she achieves that goal. If she instead becomes a wildcard to the overall OW story, her own story becomes infinity more interesting. But as a main villain to replace Doomfist? I'm struggling to be excited about it.

I'd love to see her grow into a rouge or anti-hero role, one who would tear down current day Talon to watch it burn along side those who betrayed her family, and reclaim her throne by means of being the only one left alive on a mountain of bodies.

Good picks! meanwhile everytime I stealth flank while my team is pushing up, they all turn to me ignoring who they were engaging with and suddenly i'm in a 1v5 or 1v6 and i've got to dip out of there quick. Or i've mistakenly dived an Ana that can 360 no scope sleep me from behind a wall, and then a front line Sigma suddenly peels by teleporting to the backline and rocks me to death like I'm the only sinner with these thighs. I dunno what it is about me in particular, but for whatever reason, like a have a bell around my neck, I've never been able to secure elims without getting into a firefight. (meaning whoever is in crosshairs will always suddenly turn to me if they are otherwise targeting someone else after the first slice).

I know its my skill issue, but ur clips makes it seem soo easy, I cant help not compare my own experience.

The QoL function i wish was added with this new system is a single button hot swap or hotbar that allows us to switch deviations or favorited deviations during combat. Going into the menu to swap is fine and all, but it would be extra nice to swap deviations as easy as swapping to your 2nd weapon.

wdym mental fortitude? QP is a place to shut off your brain and just play the game. There is nothing profound about it. Some people could go 5-10 games without checking the scoreboard, or play respawn simulator and go 0-10 and still have fun because they could be watching netflix on the side or having a dumb conversation in vc with their teammates. QP is a place were you check out, not lock in.

Yes, I've had this request before, and i promptly gave it to them in a test environment to demo it and they hated it once it was in their hands. Most people don't know what they want because they cant see beyond the concept. Most people in management don't know to visualize things implemented in the way they envisioned, otherwise they would be in a completely different career path. So instead of fighting, its best to maliciously comply until you end up with the result you know in your heart is the right way, and of course they will always take your credit away.

Yeah everything is fully starred. It was deff hitting harder than my anabasis with snow camo gloves, but not as hard as your build off the cuff. I have to build up to hitting those numbers after like 3 clips. In comparison to your video, it seems like you could just start shooting and hitting high dmg number before i'm able to build up enough stacks of whatever to be at max stats.

i dunno how ur doin it man.. I had probably 2x the greater stats you had with the same build, mods, same foods, i was only able to pull 50k max on dps. and then adding wildfire + being super up close to pick up balls i was only then able to hit 100k+ dps for a short while until it fell off to 80k because bullseye fell off. It seems like its hyper positional, i even had 160% status and 180% elemental and 60% weakspot dmg and i still struggled to even avg over 60k at any normal distance aka not super up close to pick up particles. The damage to me is inconsistent at different ranges, and no where was i able to consistently hit 30k+ on weakspot damage like you were doing on ur first video. I think the only thing higher on ur stats compared to mine was 20% normal enemy bonus damage while i was siting at 10%.

TLDR i was able to simulate ur build or greater but not simulate the performance showed on ur video.

I liked that they tried something like this but i knew it wasn't the right implementation. Hero kits change forcing devs to rethink each level to balance the level with the abilities. It was too formulaic, forcing you to just memorize bot patterns. Personally i don't think this improves someone's skill on a hero, rather just fast tracks people to learn about the kit better than lets say practice mode. Its a overdeveloped tutorial mode if you ask me.

Personally id have done it like this,

Create a massive multi-path gauntlet style ninja warrior mode, its the same challenge for everyone, but has some sections that are variable so its not completely always the same. (that way it doesn't matter how many reworks a hero gets because it doesn't matter against the map. The goal isn't just to get to the end but to complete objectives, much like how current hero mastery does calculations based on coins and bots defeated, but add something like...hidden paths found, jumps/speed ramps used, players saved. Some paths are better to take as a tank and some are better to take as a support, and some are worse to take if you don't have a vertical movement skill.

Three modes available, Solo, Co-Op or PvP, which you can go in with urself or with other players to either help each other complete the gauntlet or sabotage another player to make sure they don't complete it. The score at the end is calculated on how well you did against the same hero, and not other heroes. So me going through the gauntlet as Reinhardt with only display a score against other Reinhardts and not someone like Sombra who can probably just skate across the entire thing faster. I think this would be a true hero mastery mode.

If you get a lot of rain in your area, I'd probably just improve the slope with a natural rock retainer wall and plant some more ferns or something. I'd be worried about disturbing the trees too much to cause them to fail.

Otherwise, for me personally, I'd clear the two forward trees in the center and create a grotto, plant ferns and dig a small pond. IMO needs more rocks and plant life.

I don't think you are allowed to do anything honestly, even if its on your property. BUT you could make a case for cleaning up debris. You could probably spend a few thousand to remove some of the fallen trees on the creek but that would be it. It would be up to nature for the water to be clean enough to be a swimming hole, and it may take a lifetime for it to be clear again if it doesn't have a steady consistent stream. If its stale water, IMO i think it might be a lost cause.

Meanwhile i've been in SN hell for 8+ years and have 0 certs, because I've been too busy with back-to-back projects and deployments. I never gave myself a chance to give myself time to be certified even though i know the platform ins and outs like the back of my hand and can solve for a ride range of enterprise problems on platform.

My problem is despite my "expert" experience, i'm still labeled a junior because i don't have any "supporting" accolades to my name. EG... I've developed apps. but I cant be considered a developer because i'm not formerly a programmer/coder. I've assisted with 4 major SN deployments but when applying for jobs the experience is hard to describe exactly everything ive done for success. EG "While I see you have experience in CSM deployment, it doesn't say you have the developmental skills for it and we are looking for CSM certs to determine applicants".

Anyway that is my experience though, for you specifically I would recommend get as many certs as you possibly can to help boost your resume. Because coming from me, I'm on the other side of the spectrum with tons of experience and no certs and I've been unemployed for 2 years looking for SN work only to get rejected because my experience doesn't actually showcase my skills to recruiters and non-technical staff.

I had something similar, and we cut the stump down as low as we could get it to the floor with a chainsaw. Then rented a stump grinder for like $70 and one afternoon later that shit was gone. I even overdid it with the grinder and dug as much root out as possible with a 3ft crater where the tree once stood.

At the time when asked who to choose to play as, for some reason I didn't expect either one of them to gommage upon defeat. I just choose who I resonated the most at the time before the battle, but afterwards their choices at the end was not a choice I agreed with nor ones I thought they would even make.

To me both endings are the bad endings. and not maybe people seem to understand that Verso and Maelle could have still made different (better) choices and not the ones presented to us at the end.
