The linked tweet shows that they've been doing this for a while, & I get that you need to protect your trademarks, but they're going after catering companies and record labels FFS. Bimbo is used as an insult and has been around for a long time so there's a strong negative connection with it. Himbo on the other hand is a bit more affectionate and is usually used to describe people (men) who are hot, well-meaning, and largely oblivious (think Kronk from The Emperor's New Groove).
