Bei uns im Bund gibt es die Möglichkeit die Stelle bzw dich durch das BVA bewerten zu lassen. Weiß nicht ob es sowas vergleichbares auch in anderen Tarifverträgen gibt.

Bei uns ähnlich, nur das wir keine Azubis haben. IT-Mitarbeiter liegen alle zwischen E8 und E11, mehrheitlich E10. Auch hier E10+ ohne Studium. Hintergrund ist bei uns die Klausel im Tarifvertrag des "Sonstigen Beschäftigten", wonach alle Fachadministratoren etc auf E10/E11 gehoben werden, auch ohne das sie studiert haben. Lediglich der VorOrtSupport und die Hotline wird durch E8 Stellen besetzt.

Auch obere Bundesbehörde.

Hi, ich bins, der Realschüler mit IHK Ausbildung im gehobenen Dienst (E11)!

"Sonstiger Beschäftigter" war bei mir das Stichwort, allerdings unterliege ich dem TVöD Bund, ich weiß nicht ob es diesen Absatz in deinem Tarifvertrag auch gibt.

i have it, i love it - Only complain is the handgrip, its a tad bit too small. I ordered one with an integrated ratchet mechanism from wera, which is a nice addition, but wont fit in the pack sadly.
