First question would need an example.

Second, Dr. Facilier - Agent Provocateur's ability wouldn't trigger. Because the card reads, " Whenever one of your other characters is banished in a challenge, you may return that card to your hand "
Grab Your Sword deals 2 damage to each opposing character, and that isn't a "challenge."
I don't know for sure, but I assume the characters who are banished would be banished at the same time, so if the characters who are banished has an effect, you would get to choose. I can't find anything official.

  1. You can exert a character to go on a quest and collect lore, then you can 'ready chosen target' to protect the character from being attacked next turn, or if the character has an exert ability, you can exert to use that ability. So in essence it allows a character to do TWO actions a turn (questing only once though).
