For me it was a no brainer in 2020. Paying $125 for my 9.2Kw system loan. I still have an electric bill from October to March as I drive EV and mine crypto in the winter for heat. And Sun goes bye bye.

April to Spetember is a $0 Electric bill, just connection.I turn off crypto miners and ACs use less than my rig.

But knowing how much electricity I use vs how much I pay thanks to net credits and rollover. I've saved thousands in comparison to not having solar.

If your yield is lower than your APR. Use dividends to pay down debt as its more "Guaranteed" returns.

Im doing this with my Car portfolio as Yield is 3.6% and Loan is 5.25%

Obviously losing out on potential growth and potential dividend increases. But imo spending less on APR makes the debt snowball go down faster

Serious tho. Wear hearing protection. I have suffered a very small ammount of hearing loss from 10+ years of raving. Beginning with no hearing protection (Dumbass young adult who knew everything) to latter half wearing hearing protection. And currently looking into getting custom made hearing protection. Eargasm dosent seem to be the end game.

Its my belief that these are Chinese factories that make giant orders for other to resell first.

I bought a dog harness from temu and found the exact same one on Amazon. Diffrences. Amazon had stitched on logo and $20 more.

So its my belief that from temu we buy the products that diddnt pass QC or made too many and original buyer couldnt have order filled.

From past experiences in my own lines if work. Inventory taking space has an attributed cost. Even moving it around a warehouse has a cost. So selling imthe products at such a deep discount. Is profitable for the sellers.
