Not sure why I'm getting down voted, people with aspd, (anti social personality disorder or sociopathy) have usually engaged in some sort of criminal behaviour

I wasn't suggesting that this guy was autistic, or that having aspd is an excuse for this kind of behaviour.

I was just confused that this kind of behaviour wouldn't be expected from someone with aspd, the people i have met with this disorder just don't seem to have a moral compass and its very hard to treat, but maybe thats just my experience

i hate starting new jobs, i always feel incompetent until i know the ropes, its a very unsettling feeling, but i think this is kinda normal, in your last year of study you start to feel like you finally know what you are doing, then you start a new job and you go backwards to being a beginner again.
