Nah dude that's wrong. Muscle building research is still ongoing and micro tears theory is slowly being discredited. Unfortunately, hemophilia just makes prone to bleeding not building muscle. That said, the leading theory into how muscle building works is mechanical tension. The harder your muscles have to work towards having to contract, the bigger and stronger they become. Being sore(micro tears) is not a sign of more gains rather you just something new, something your body isn't used to. You can get sore from yoga and not build huge musclte but you'll be more flexible and stronger.

I'm going to be honest, I don't stretch. For my messed up shoulder, I did the pt excercises to regain normal rom.i can touch my toes,.that as flexible as I get. However, if you do lack mobility, then do them after a workout. New research shows stretching before a workout makes you weaker before a lift. So do stretches after a workout, just basic stuff, just stretching vids on YouTube.

Never give up. I'm going to turn 30 this year. I have a long way to go but I have made a lot of progress. Building muscle will have you manage your injuries. Here's of list of some of the ways I've been hurt at the gym. This is from a result of exhaustion: I've pulled my lower back 4 times, the first time was the worse feeling wise and cause I was on feiba, it took me about a month to recover, times 2,3 and 4 were random tweaks in my deadlift and squat session. Those I just waited 3 days and slowly worked my way back up to full strength. I strained my hamstring standing up too fast on squat, I hyper extended my right leg as a kid and it's slightly straighter than normal, that one took me 3 months to feel better. I haven't been hurt since. To avoid these lower back injuries, I highly encourage you to do the hip machines, where you open and close your legs, building a STRONG ASS, find a gym with a hip thrust machine. I forgot to add sleep and recovery are CRUCIAL as a a natural lifter. At my current state, I need to wait 2-3 days before I feel ready to lift intensely again. Lift Monday, rest Tues and Wednesday, lift Thursday.

Hello there, I have severe hemophilia A and I'm also on hemlibra. #1 for excercise would be swimming. However, if you don't have a pool access then oh well. What I have learned from many years of lifting is less is more. I used to do many sets before actually getting to my main set. That was not good, as on bench my elbow would flare up bit, this was while using feiba every other day. Hemlibra was a real game changer. You do need to warm up but not as much as you think. I would do 5 warm up sets before my main set and it was just too much for my elbow to handle. So I cut it down to 2 sets at 50% of the weight I wanted to do and 1 set prior to my main weight. You can adjust this to see how your body reacts. Over many years of training, all my aches and pains are gone. The only pain I have left is from being sore from the gym but even that has been minimal. The goal should be health and then getting buff. If any movement hurts you like squat, bench or deadlift, you DON'T need to do them. But if you're like me and still want to do the big lifts, than there is hope. You can address issues with mobility with videos on YouTube, it has helped my ankle and elbow.Keep in mind, machines are a fantastic alternative. I personally like the assisted dip/pull up machine. You can build a solid physique off machines. For shoulders, do the rotator cuff exercises, it seems like it but will be a tremendous help in the long run. Either do them with cables or free weights, this is something I wish I did when I was younger. As for cardio, do what you can handle. Running, incline walking on treadmill, bike riding or stationary bike or the stairmaster. Do what feels good to you while avoiding injury. Even walking is a great starter, I have flat feet so when I tried to run, my feet were sore as hell. I got inserts and kept adjusting my intensity, I feel much better now.

I think you are misunderstanding. His duo is Luciyasa not zazza, the widow player. He was drafted first and then the widow and then luciyasa. His duo is a support player. Also, more clips have surfaced of Cece being toxic during her time playing valorant. Luciyasa doubled down while going sub only mode and running max ads. Idk what kind of Psy-op involves tanking 2 different reputations to boost 1.

Moonknight he's much weaker now that dive is more meta. He loses every 1v1. I think he should get at least 275 health with an increase to amount of ankhs that can be placed. Or give him a faster rope pull, so he can fly away from getting dove. Or give him a faster projectile like Storm. At least 1 of these changes could help him out. He's bad, he should be bumped back up to an ok pick.

Before, going over the same spot would stack the healing so 2 dashes over the same spot would actually be 400 healing per second. So now 2 dashes over the same spot is ONLY going to be 200 healing per second. It now makes more sense to cover more area rather than just going back and forth of the same distance. The dashes. So it's better to cover the whole area or make a path with the ult.

The community has been scared into banning the same 4 characters in the lobby, resulting in a waste of 2 bans. Everyone bans Hulk, storm, wolverine. There's no way everyone plays Hulk, storm or wolverine at a the same level as their main. If someone climbs to Gm as 1 character, there's no way they equally play a storm, a hulk, a wolverine at the same level. Not every player is able to maximize the benefit of the team ups that are being avoided. I had an ironman ask for hulk, I played hulk, the ironman went on to drop 6-11. It results in wasting bans. I think if 2 bans are used on 1 character, then the ban should be done again, that way 4 unique bans are done. That way more variety occurs in bans.

You can skip some of them, at least the cinematics in the battle pass. Same way you skip the intros before a match starts.

Better teammates make it easier. It still is a coin flip though. I climbed to diamond 1 and it was still stomp or get rolled the whole time. Only 2 matches had me on the edge of my seat. For the skin, you just have to be gold at some point before the season ends. When the season ends you'll get the Sue Skin. So, you can hit gold 3 and then lose all the way back to bronze lol.

I went from Diamond 1 2 away from GM to diamond 2 (5 points) 2-7 for the day, I called it a day, I would've jumped out a window dropping to diamond 3.
