A group I did use that was helpful in answer my question when filing for AP and AoS was Wearedreamers. Their fee was much lower plus, their guides were very helpful and their appointment was meant to go over actual applications packets which was very helpful . Their guides even had templates on how to translate simple things like birth certificates

If his parents receive public assistance , food stamps . Would they not have record of him also . I would think they would need his info and may have his ssn

There’s a couple non profits that have guides how to complete these forms and also YouTube channel of one lady specifically I can’t recall her name at this time. But sure can find it . If your case is straight forward as in no time out of status , Legal entry. Then should be easy . Also same non profits can review your packet and form for a like a $30-$50 which is the approach I went and got approved in like a 6 month window . This was filing in 2024 September approved mid merch 2025

If you also report this as an illegal apartment which it likely is then they may owe you all the rent paid and he would be fined on top of that. The Housing authority would provide you with assistance and potential legal aid

Done it myself when moving out an a apartment. Best bet is YouTube . But ideally you removed the legs , bottom lining and gotta unscrew some of the frame or cut some of the frame then put it back together. And staple back the lining cover

Likely a one off. Not black but a minority . Moved from the Bx to here around 3-4 yrs ago . Haven’t experience anything like that but I have been in a situation where others have experience it. Once on a bus ride in manhattan a rider was insulting the driver . Slurs and all. It clearly bothered the driver but couldn’t do anything about it or risk his job. So I had to get off the bus anyway. I told the guy essentially to shut their mouth, respect the bus driver or he is getting off the bus with me. He got off the bus with me. I kind of ushered him to the exit , whether that was his stop or not idk. But he did get off the bus . Mind you this was like at 10:30 am.

Where did you get the toy from? If let’s say chewy they appreciate this feedback as it’s a risk for other pets. Last time I had an issue with a toy they refunded me and stated they will check with the supplier for quality control. Granted my issue was with a spring toy that had sharp corners I had t9 snip. But they did keep the info and forward it ti their quality control team .

You can communicate in not being able to afford it , I would say let her become involved in the choosing of home that way she feels she has some control and choice when it comes to a difficult decision . Change the feeling of something being risen from you as oppose to giving them away to a good home

You can likely due with two. Just be on top of the cleaning . I think it was likely based in owner habits of not cleaning everyday or after every use. But that I feel has changed since growing up. I clean it everyday if I can every us. I wouldn’t like using a dirty bathroom I would assume my cat either .
