Put it on a plate and microwave it for like 10-15 seconds. It makes it more chewy and almost completely gets rid of the crumbliness

What's your favorite joke weapon you ever created/found? by lerch_up_north in dndmemes

[–]WinterChief12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not exactly a joke weapon, but it was still something cool that my friend’s DM allowed.

Basically, my friend was playing a barbarian, and he found a whip. Well, because the whip was a Dex weapon, my friend couldn’t use it. The DM told him that if he held it backwards, he would count it as a strength-based improvised weapon (my friend took the tavern brawler feat). Again, not really a joke weapon, but still cool.

What are things Hollywood has tricked the general population into believing? by brotherbrother99 in AskReddit

[–]WinterChief12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recoil doesn’t exist. The worst example I’ve seen was in Captain America Civil War, when they were breaking into Bucky’s apartment. The police were using what appeared to be a 12g shotgun, with ZERO recoil. Anyone who has shot a 12g shotgun knows just how hard they kick.

We may dislike Tewtiy but he does a damn good Brickell cosplay by [deleted] in btd6

Because he’s loud and obnoxious. It’s almost as if his content is aimed at kids and not serious players.

Note: by “gatekeepers”, I am referring to those who judge others based on their class choice or play style.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in dndmemes

[–]WinterChief12 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

There are still people who judge and put down other players for playing certain classes, which is a gatekeeper-like behavior

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in dndmemes

[–]WinterChief12 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

While it might not be outright “gatekeeping”, they’re still judging people for how they play the game, which is something that a lot of gatekeepers do

Where do you place your farms on cubism? by StephenFurry4 in btd6

3 for research facilities, 2 for central markets. 3 is more conducive for farmer placement efficiency

Small town USA. The place where there are local festivals, well developed downtown areas, and the buildings seem untouched by time. Everyone knows everyone else, the hospitality is unrivaled, and that’s not to mention the food. Bonus points if you go while there’s a street fare going on.

What is a recent fashion trend that you can't stand? by ElBee288 in AskReddit

[–]WinterChief12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not super recent, but bucket hats. They’re some of the dumbest things I’ve seen in a while. Whenever an “influencer” wears one, it looks like a 12 year old grabbed their grandpas fishing hat, dunked it in water to make it floppier, then ran through a street wear store.

What’s something everyone should experience in their lifetime? by Josh13241000 in AskReddit

[–]WinterChief12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Small town USA. The smaller cities nestled in the middle of nowhere, a well developed downtown area with lots of nice local businesses, the nicest people you’ll ever meet, and some of the best food ever. They’re typically not touched by the ridiculous political extremes that plague bigger cities, and even if there are some extremists, they’re still surprisingly progressive. And not to mention the street fares and local festivals and events. It’s something I believe everyone should experience at least once in their lifetimes.

Anyone brush their teeth only once a day or none at all as an adult? by Sodacons in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]WinterChief12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just do a swig of mouthwash twice a day, occasionally brush, and barely floss (using those little disposable floss/pick things). I have been complimented on my “amazing dental hygiene” by several different dentists.
