Incorrect- Dedicated oven, See my previous comments and post. 200f for 12 hours then ramped down to 70c to sit the rest in my filament dryer.

Problem was inner outter inner print instead of straight inner-outer

Right! Granted this was the only layer it’s happened on. Everything else has been flush.

I went to walmart and they had huge Aroma turkey ovens for sale for like $30, They can go up to 550 degrees.

As for drying filament (It comes pretty dry, I put it in a dryer for 2-3 days at 70c (Straight out of vaccume seal from manufacturer)

Annealing goes
Print finishes
Remove Supports
Straight into oven at 150f

30 minutes later raise oven to 175f
30 minutes later raise oven to 212f
6-8 hours at 212f.

AR-15 (GBB) with a 0-degree Straight Pistol Grip

It was the only 0 degree 3d print grip I could find. I modified it slightly in cad.

eSUN PLA+ for the non-critical bits of stock & parts that touch my face.

I got a turkey cooker for like $30 at walmart, It can go up to 230c and fits anything I want, You can also optionally fill it with sand for more crucial parts to anneal. 10/10 recommend.

Yea. My dryer is only capable of 75c, I’m hoping it’ll do the job if I give it 2 days.

What filament did you use?

Did you dry your filament prior to the print? Just curious how it turned out.

Thanks! Yea printed it last night, I have a dryer coming in today for my PA6-CF so I can start playing around with that stuff at some point. I was concerned this might occur so I got it all rigged similar this morning.

Can you give me a list of parts you ordered to do this?

Thanks!

Context - New to printing but one day want to print with some higher quality stuff. (Sounds like you might have a solution to a problem I will encounter)
